The Central Committee has charge to manage the affairs of the Party within the County, subject to County Convention.

There are currently 101 members of the RPOC Central Committee, most of whom were elected in the off-year, as opposed to this year, an election year. The design captures a limited additional reinforcement in the off year, which can also help rebalance work of the group.
